My Story

My journey in nutrition began over a decade ago when I became a mom and wanted to provide the best possible diet for my children. I have started to read books, articles and research papers on nutrition and naturopathy.

I was captivated by all the things I discovered during my journey and I was attempted to put into practice what I have learned. Then, my focus shifted towards resolving my health concerns, particularly those related to digestion and hormones, through dietary modifications and natural supplements.

Soon I have realized that I would like to help people to improve their health and well-being through proper optimal nutrition and have decided to change my career and follow my passion.
